Call Park lets you place a call in a shared slot. Any colleague can then pick it up, from their own phone or application.
It's useful when you need to hand off a call without knowing who will take it: park the call, then announce out loud or by message that the call is waiting, and on which slot.
Parking a call
1. During the call, open Call Park
Click Call Park in the left sidebar. You can also use the Park To or Dynamic Park buttons at the bottom of the call screen.
2. Pick an available slot
Available slots show a Park here button. Click the one you want. The blue banner at the top reminds you of the call in progress.
Retrieving a parked call
Click Retrieve
Open Call Park. The occupied slot shows the caller's number and a Retrieve button. Click it to pick up the call.
Checking available slots
An available slot shows Empty. You can open this screen at any time, even with no call in progress.
Good to know
Slots are shared. All your colleagues see the same slots and the number of the waiting caller. Anyone can retrieve the call.
Tell the person you have in mind. Nothing notifies your colleague automatically. After parking, let them know which slot the call is waiting on.
The caller hears hold music. They stay on hold music until someone picks the call back up.
